• Review of your completed initial evaluation, health history, hormone testing, and relevant        laboratory work
• 60-minute consultation focused on your symptoms, concerns, and goals
• Written follow-up summary with doable next steps that you can share with your doctor

Before scheduling

1. Complete the Initial Evaluation
Fill out the online consultation form so I can review your symptoms, history, goals, and current concerns.

2. Review & Testing
Your information will be reviewed, and any appropriate hormone or laboratory testing will be discussed before scheduling.

3. Schedule Your Consultation
Once the needed information is in place, you will be contacted to schedule your 60-minute consultation.
