A simple, science-based AM/PM routine for healthier, more radiant skin

Healthy skin is not just about what you put on your skin — it also reflects what is happening inside the body, including inflammation, oxidative stress, hormone balance, and healthy aging.

At LabNaturalsSKINcare, I believe in a simple, non-toxic, effective approach to skin care that supports healthy aging without overcomplicating your regimen.

Below is a gentle morning and evening routine designed to support brighter, smoother, healthier-looking skin.

Morning (AM) Routine

For aging skin, I do not generally recommend washing the face twice a day, since over-cleansing can contribute to dryness and compromise the skin barrier.

However, if makeup was not removed the night before, it can be easily and safely removed in the morning with our gentle Refreshing Apple Cleanser, which is appropriate for all skin types.

1. Start with antioxidant protection

Apply 20% Vitamin C Serum with caffeine to help brighten the skin, support collagen, and provide antioxidant support against daily environmental stressors.

2. Follow with targeted support and moisturizing

Apply Face Rx Peptides with Glutathione, which helps support healthy aging skin, provides antioxidant support, and also acts as your moisturizer.

3. Add extra hydration if needed

For added moisture and plumpness, you may apply Hyaluronic Acid.

AM Routine Note

Vitamin C, Face Rx Peptides with Glutathione, and Hyaluronic Acid may all be applied together.

Sun protection note

Topical Vitamin C provides antioxidant photoprotection and helps support the skin against UV-induced oxidative stress, but it is not a substitute for sunscreen. If additional sun protection is desired, choose a non-chemical sunscreen that aligns with your skin and ingredient preferences.

Evening (PM) Routine

1. Cleanse gently

At night, cleanse the skin with our gentle Refreshing Apple Cleanser, which safely removes makeup and is appropriate for all skin types.

2. Apply L-Retinol

Apply L-Retinol in the evening as directed to help support skin renewal and improve the appearance of fine lines and texture.

3. Follow with Face Rx Peptides with Glutathione

Apply Face Rx Peptides with Glutathione to help support hydration, healthy aging skin, and overnight repair.

PM Routine Note

L-Retinol and Face Rx Peptides with Glutathione may be applied to the skin together.
